Timothy "Tim" K. Alt

Timothy “Tim” K. Alt, 64, residing in Norwalk, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at home after a lengthy battle with health issues.  

Tim was born on June 4, 1958, in Norwalk, OH to the late Patricia (Holmes) and Robert Alt, Sr.  

Tim was a 1976 graduate of Western Reserve High School and proudly served his country as a member of the United States Coast Guard. Throughout his working career, Tim was employed by various local companies. In his spare time, he enjoyed wildlife photography, fishing with his friends, and giving his baked goods to people he knew.  

Tim is survived by his 5 brothers, Charlie (Cindy) Alt of Norwalk, Robert Alt, Jr. of North Carolina, Rick (Connie) Alt of Monroeville, Steve (Lori) Alt of Sandusky, and AJ (Jackie) Fischer of Vermilion, and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.  

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia (Holmes) Alt and Robert Alt, Sr.  

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 2 pm at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857.
