Thomas “Tom” John Motolik, 78, of Collins, Ohio, died on Friday, February 26, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 13, 1942 to the late Jane (Sharp) and Peter Motolik and attended Western Reserve High School before serving his country as part of the National Guard and United States Army.

Tom worked for 30 years for Ford Motor Company, retiring in 1993. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events; they were his life.

Tom is survived by his daughter, Kristen (Clinton) Behm; grandchildren, Makaiah Thomas, Haylee Thomas, Summer Thomas, Emily Behm, and Amelia Behm; brother, John Motolik; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Jean Motolik; and brothers, Pete Motolik, Paul Motolik, and Michael (Mick) Motolik.
