Rosetta M. Fletcher, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 25, 2021, she was 73. She was born on April 29, 1947 in Eastern, KY to the late Robert and Minnie (nee Patton) Ousley.
Rosetta was a hardworking and selfless woman who cared for her family and provided a good home. She worked for Wiers Farms and Albrights Turkey Farm. Rosetta enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and word searches. Rosetta and her Husband James appreciated the outdoors and enjoyed taking the scenic route to sight see.
Survivors include her children, James E. (Stephanie) Fletcher, Sean (Debbie) Ousley, step-children, Peggy Conley and Crystal Casperson; grandchildren, Morgan, Nick, Megan, Holli, Sarah, Isaac, Jason, Timothy, Adam, Jeffrey and Robbie; 7 great grandchildren, brother, George Ousley; sisters, Wanda Louise Sexton, Peggy Hoover and Kathy Luna and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Rosetta is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Fletcher on August 7, 2020; her sisters, Mary Combs and Bobbie Depew.
Visitation will be on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of her 11:00 a.m. service at The Messiah House of Prayer on Pettit St., Shiloh, where Rosetta attended, with Pastor Bill Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Shiloh. Out of respect for all in attendance, guests are reminded to bring and wear a mask and practice social distancing whenever possible.
