Robert Lee Loudin, age 76, of Grafton Ohio, passed away on Monday September 11, 2023, at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain Ohio. He was surrounded by many of his loving family members that were by his side.
Robert was born in Weston, West Virginia on April 22, 1947, the son of Robert S. And Wrena Loudin.
He was a 1965, graduate of Wellington High School, a Wellington Eagles member and an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast.
Bob started at Sectional Tool and Die as a machinist in Wellington Ohio, at the age of 19 then finished at Shiloh Industries as a design engineer, and retired at the age of 55.
His retired time was enjoyed by being at home watching his favorite crime shows, football, (he loved the Browns and Ohio State). He really loved classic cars and motorcycle shows and events.
He also enjoyed playing solitaire on his laptop computer, and his nightly beverage.
Loved visits from his children and grandchildren. And enjoyed family gatherings.
Bob is survived by his son Robert M. Loudin (Tammra Lynn), His daughter Dawn Loudin-Black, his grandsons, Dylan Black, Robert Gavin Loudin, Brayden Loudin, Leland Loudin, his great grandchildren Jayden and Alana Black, his sisters Nancy (Jeffrey) St. Pierre, Elizabeth (Audie) Goble and Billie Farnsworth, his brother Scott (Peggy) Loudin, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He’s also survived by his close adopted family: the Evanich, LeBeau, Fox, and Simonson families. He was proceeded in death by his parents Robert S. And Wrena (nee Butcher) Loudin and his brother David Loudin.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington, Ohio, 44090. Expressions of sympathy may be shared online at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
