Barbara Tunnell Obituary

Barbara L. Tunnell, 74, of Greenwich, Ohio passed away at her on home on Sunday, January 24, 2021. She was born in Sandusky, Ohio on November 3, 1946. She was the daughter of Sylvester J. and Otilla (Olah) Dute, who both preceded her in death.

Barbara was a graduate of Huron High School and worked many years at Norwalk Furniture. Barbara enjoyed sewing and being with her family.

Barbara is survived by her children, Tami Shope, Shelley Romell and Robert Irby. Her siblings, Ray (Judy) Dute, JoAnne (Lynford) Grant, Jade Cordle, Melody Michaels and brother in law, Harry “Joe” Heimrich.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jena Tunnell and sisters, Edna Heimrich and Mary Ellen Dute and her brother, Dean Dute.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Eastman Funeral Home, Greenwich assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be given at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
