Anna Jane (Sutton) Coburn

Anna Jane Coburn, 90, of Greenwich died peacefully on June 15, 2022, at the Willows of Willard surrounded by family.  Born on February 28, 1932, in Greenwich, Anna was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Ella (Oney) Sutton. 

Anna is a lifelong residence of Greenwich and a 1950 graduate of Greenwich High School.  In 1955 she married Basil Coburn and they began their life of farming and milking cows, side by side.  After retirement she and Basil wintered in Florida where they made friends from Canada and across the United States.  A year never went by but what Anna had a beautiful garden, producing a bumper crop that she was always eager to share.    

Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Coburn and her sisters, Charlotte Vanderpool and Beverley Seidel.  She is survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.  

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 20, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W Main Street, Greenwich, OH.  Burial will follow at Edwards Grove Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be directed to Southern Care Hospice, 9501 US Hwy 250 N, Milan, OH 44846.
